Gaslighting Education & Workbook
Gaslighting is a form of emotional abuse in which one party intentionally manipulates another into doubting their own thoughts, feelings, perceptions, and/or memories. The goal of gaslighting is to create doubt, undermine self-confidence, and cause individuals to lose their sense of identity, perception, and worth while accepting the gaslighters version of reality. Gaslighting often occurs in romantic relationships but can also occur in families, workplaces and friendships.
